I watched the whole discussion on Rogers TV. I have to say , they really got it wrong. This was a case of political grandstanding to look like they are advocates for the people. I elect my representatives to make the difficult decisions even if it is unpopular. It is called being principled. Something that is seriously lacking in leadership roles these days. Scott Davey got it right. I was impressed with him. The city will now pay for outside people to lobby against our own administration. The only losers on this will be the tax payers.
