The locations in Toronto closed in January due to issues with the franchisee (http://www.thestar.com/news/gta/2016/01/...doors.html) and the Guelph store is closed now too so unlikely to be LRT-related. 

Hopefully this means fewer issues for food trucks setting up in the Square now - I saw a food truck owner post on Twitter that Carls Jr were aggressive in keeping trucks away during Jazz Fest.

The Waterloo location was also operated by 6 Points, so not surprising that it has closed as well now.
