Wow. I knew zoning was absurdly specific but this pretty much takes the coffee cake. Up to now my canonical example was simply the fact that the zoning bylaw mentions “picture framing” as distinct from any other retail business. As if it is anybody’s business but mine and my customers whether picture framing is offered as a service at my otherwise legal retail establishment.
