CTV did a good job on the report about people parking in the bollard protected bike lanes on Water St.
Yes, it's a link to a video, but it's actually pretty well done, and definitely give city some credit on response. I hope it's not lost on everyone that a 25 dollar ticket is a joke, even if bylaw wouldn't publicly acknowledge they will never ever ticket delivery vehicles (which they will tell you straight up if you ask, but I guess not to a reporter).
It's also pretty scathing to say the city suggests that delivery vehicles use the .... delivery zone...gasp.
