I think chainreactioncycles now has an option to include the duties for shipments to Canada, but I'm not sure. Jensonusa.com is an alternative that I know shows prices in CAD and calculates taxes at the time of purchase. They are often competitive with chainreactioncycles/wiggle as well, so it's worth checking them out too.
