i am a worried that council may hear from a handful of neigbours who are against the development and reject the development to make them happy since its an election year...that would be a huge lost fort he city and region if the council sides with a few nimbys over whats best (having an amazing mixed use building for google) for the city. if this gets built think of hte ecomonic and residentail spin offs...mabye sixo would get built...
