I was inquiring about buildings by Drewlow Holdings Inc and it appears there may be more than four buildings on Fallowfield Dr.  Here is part of their email:

"We also have one more on Fallowfield currently underway and more possibly in the future."

I wonder if this is driven by the future LRT stop at Block Line and Courtland.  It would be interesting to find out how much land they own in the area.

I wonder if they own more land, or could just fit another tower on the land they already own.

The map on GIS looks like similar driveway entrances as the ones in front of the one there now.  Maybe two more towers set back further on the lot.

I believe Drewlo has proposed another 2 towers for the corner.

Wow. I mean ya, density is good, but come on now. This is where the city needs to step up and hold developers to higher standards.

Just wait until they put 8 of this up at the Waterloo Inn site!

I actually kind of like these! Very Asian high-density vibe. Needs a big "01", "02", etc. painted on the one wall in some kind of space-y squarish font.

I don't think they're quite 1970s council housing bad ...
