ION - Waterloo Region's Light Rail Transit
LRT Collision at Charles and Manulife entrance.



I have no idea what the driver of the vehicle on the right is doing, I don't believe he's involved, but he's blocking traffic on Charles, and I suspect is trying to go to Manulife, but the entrance is blocked by the driver the driver who turned in front of the train.

AFAIK there is no "no right turn" signs here, and given that I scooter past this intersection daily, and am *VERY* wary of drivers who don't look before turning, I'm not terribly shocked....
