A special pairing of 510 and 513 were out yesterday, with two VIP's on board. I was headed back into town and had the opportunity to follow along with them for part of the way home. For some reason, all vehicles were limited to 25 km/h yesterday (as per radio chatter) - I'm curious if that was a one-day thing, or if it's been ongoing for quite some time.
