If we can't smoke weed, why is there a sign about eating giant sized popcorn? Does that make any sense to you? No...of course not.

That sign is "No smoking (tobacco)." The popcorn sign means it's OK to have weed (in fact, they're encouraging usage). Though I agree they could have been more clear.

And the other icon was about rollerblades, not puppo.
