ION - Waterloo Region's Light Rail Transit
(01-10-2018, 11:19 AM)JCnb Wrote: Have crews been working on clearing the guideway of snow? Sometime yesterday the line along Northfeild was clear, including the station area. Is this part of overall work or perhaps a sign of upcoming testing?

I saw crews on Charles, Victoria and King clearing the tracks last night. They were using little Kobota looking tractors with snow blower attachments on the front and then giant snowblowers that were putting the snow into dump trucks. Looked like an expensive procedure in terms of staff and equipment.
