So in theory, you could make the argument that the GrandLinq completion is not finished, due to issues with them giving important information to Bombardier, delaying their ability to get trains to RoW. In that case, if you won that argument, you would owe GrandLinq no payment, but would still be eligible for payment from Bombardier (which they might even be able to extract from Grandlinq).
