I wouldn't be so sure of that.  Ottawa's oft flouted that they have had a train operational and testing for months now, but... there's exactly one YouTube video of it moving under its own power.

So, I don't think Alstom is being as forthcoming about what's going on there, either.

MidTowner - no, January 2017 for final LRV was like the second revision.  First, original plan was end-of-2016 for the last vehicles.
