They didn't say what time, but they did say they would finish and get it open tonight. 
And it's the lane markings on Victoria (N side of King) that were missing. According to the crew, that was the last thing on the list.
The intersection looks great with the new islands, pavement and embedded track already. Will be better yet once I see a train on it!
