@clasher I believe this was already added to region bylaws that blocking the LRT will be a fineable offence under the bylaw.

@jCnb You're right the curb is permanent, and will have to be jackhammered to remove it. I can only imagine they were talking about the sidewalk itself. The functional plans show the curb as it is placed now, so it isn't a screwup on Grandlinq. We will see what they do, or if the city/region will have to correct it after.
