Absolutely! Just waiting for confirmation that the first train has left Thunder Bay. 
My folks live not far from there, so whenever I go visit them, I stop by and see if I can catch any activity. There are a couple of great viewing spots at the end of the MOVIA High-Speed test track, as well as the end of the Monorail track and you can see the entire ICTS loop as well. The new addition is on the West side of the main building for the ICTS loop.
