I'll contact the Waterloo Chronicle and see if I can get them to stir the pot on this enough that we can get this changed. Seems penny wise and pound foolish to me on an 800+ million dollar project to save $20k on an el-cheapo ugly fence.

How would one go about bringing this up in council?
