ION - Waterloo Region's Light Rail Transit
The question will be though, will they use a NFC paper card, a 3d Barcode like the transfers, or a combination of both?

When does the meeting start? When will “we know” the results from the news today? Looks like maybe 10h30-12h30?

It'll definitely be ink-only barcode for a single fare. I'm interested in the paper NFC for multi-fare products.

Well, that didn't take long for the witchunt to start already.

Time to crack the knuckles and set some folks straight...

Bombardier is helping - this fault is solely on Metrolinx and the Region, for taking so long fiddlefucking around about the Specialized Equipment.

One of the few. I just wish they would give a firm date, not this "Spring" nonsense, as "Spring" is probably going to be June sometime knowing the region.

They are giving an overly broad date for the delay to cover all their bases. It could be possible that they have all the testing done before Spring.

Now that all the pressure is off them, I bet you will see a dramatic decrease in the frequency of trains out and about.
