There's already a thread for this one, started back in 2018. You can see a few iterations of renderings there from when it was still proposed to be a 9 story building. I like the commercial podium better on this updated version, but IMO the residential floors are now worse. The loss of a floor is unfortunate, as is the removal of the angled roof which was the most interesting feature.
