I think this is a perfect little addition along king. Since they are looking at an 8-10 story building i can't see there being a huge uprising against it, but NIMBY's will be present. Design is clearly preliminary, but hopefully it is higher quality exterior materials.  I really hope that proposals like this continue to sprout up along king into midtown.
