Wow the side to side comparison is even worse! It’s shocking they could put the first picture up as a selling point and have the reality look COMPLETELY different! Now I wonder what the gym/amenities will look like.

Not matching is an understatement. I don’t get how it’s allowed to show one thing on promotion/ads. The building itself looks pretty similar.

Looks like the top two floors of the King facing portion of the building are two storey units:

I love two story units; it makes a place feel like a home instead of a box to live in. It's just a shame that condos that size (especially new builds) often cost even more than a detached house.

Are they occupied yet? I know the retail space is empty (surprise!) but I'd hate if the residential units were. I can't tell if the cheap Canadian Tire patio furniture belongs to someone or if it's just there to stage the home for sales.

I’m assuming not because I just started getting ads for them. Seems like they may have held onto them to sell them after the tower was occupied.

The layouts are so frustrating to look at because of the size of the terrace! These could easily be a 4 bed + 2 bath + 1 den unit upstairs if they reduced the size of the terrace, moved the den + adjacent room down, made the adjacent room another bedroom and made it so the ensuite bathroom doesn't have a window. That would be an amazing sell for a family as opposed to the cramped 2/3 bedroom space they have.
