If you look at what was posted on the previous page and other subsequent comments, that was a rendering that was designed for another developer who made a bid for this project and did not win. That is not Perimeter’s proposal.

As of ~2 weeks ago when I went by the demolition was done but nothing more. Just a flat surface level dirt field.
