While I think it would be a fantastic idea to have a local science center I do wonder about how it's programs would be funded.
The current programs at TheMuseum do not make me think of this project as a duplication.
Honestly it would be really amazing to see a significant addition to TheMuseum become a tech education center for children.
As a father the more of these types of facilities that exist locally create a greater amount of variety for kids to engage.
The push back against this development is absolutely silly from a massing perspective.
