There's quite the progress on this, and it's looking rather good, all things considered.
Here are some twitter updates:
Hey, let's take a look at "The Hub" going up at Columbia/Albert pic.twitter.com/eC9PaMsDeQ
— Mark Jackson-Brown (@Markster3000) June 25, 2017Move-in August 2017? You know what, I think they'll pull it off. Not 100%, but this won't be a 1 Columbia by a long shot. pic.twitter.com/ueFhevlFqi
— Mark Jackson-Brown (@Markster3000) June 25, 2017The Albert St side. Access to the "promenade" through this short tunnel. pic.twitter.com/mWgdKmX87Y
— Mark Jackson-Brown (@Markster3000) June 25, 2017From the north, this thing is quite impressive. The canted balconies do a good job distracting from some otherwise rote architecture pic.twitter.com/tdu34o9Lg9
— Mark Jackson-Brown (@Markster3000) June 25, 2017The Columbia frontage has a few 2-storey retail units. A coffee shop will do well here for students needing a hit on the way into campus pic.twitter.com/5zec8eREIy
— Mark Jackson-Brown (@Markster3000) June 25, 2017Unfortunately Columbia access to the promenade is up this giant staircase. Not the most inviting. I hope they have signage for what's inside pic.twitter.com/zYliqbLnKk

Thanks for the updates! can't wait to see this one finished and used... really curious about the commercial units. If I recall correctly it has some interior retail in the promenade right?
