No square footage in the condo listings.  It looks like all of these are two-bedroom units, though.

Ya, this turned out quite nice for what it is.  Fairly simple, but it fits.  Nice to see increased housing near the IHT.

I haven't heard of buildings that are a mix between conventional rentals and condos, so I suspect they're all condos (which can nevertheless be rented out).

Arrow Lofts started renting units, when they were having trouble selling all of them.
It was not intended to be that way, of course, and they are likely happy to get out of the rental business as soon as possible.
