The tower part of the second tower is now 3 floors high, the total height is now 6 floors.

By second tower Do you mean One Hundred condos tower 2 or the tallest of the 3 buildings in that project, the Garment St. Tower?

Tower One: The one that's completed
Tower Two: The 100 tower that's under construction
Tower Three: Garment Tower.

That's how I think of it. But it's confusing haha

Tower 4: will disappear into a spacetime anomaly 24 hours after opening.
Tower 5: will be built in neutral space on the Kitchener-Waterloo border.

Thanks for posting this perspective. So the parking structure will abut, but not connect with that of Garment right?

I'm expecting it to connect, based on the large holes you see on the left of the bare concrete wall at every level.

There's similar sized holes between the underground parking for the Glove Box and Garment St, so I think it's all one massive parking garage.

Oh that'll be great. I just assumed the holes would be too small

Will the backside of the garages be clad in some fashion?  It's not the nicest face to show to the future Innovation District.  Or perhaps future development is intended to likewise back onto this project?
