I think it's up to Canada Post and not the developer.

Developers can certainly create new streets. Very common in suburbia, but it happens in larger urban developments, too.

I think I saw an excavator digging in there yesterday.  Tower 1 seems fairly occupied, tower 2 has got to be soon!

Lemme get this straight:

Old Tower 1 = Tower further from Victoria St. = New Tower 2

Old Tower 2 = Tower closer to Victoria St. = New Tower 1

Tower  3 = Garment St. condos

Building 4 = Huck Glove factory redevelopment
