So is there not one, big, combined underground parking garage for all the towers? Each tower is getting it's own, separate garage?

It looks to me like the two towers currently under construction will probably be linked as one garage, which will also be shared with the office as the excavation goes out underneath the future road. I wouldn't be surprised if the walls of the currently built garage are designed to be removable so it can be combined too.

How much excavation are they currently doing at the Garment tower parcel?

Quite a bit. It's in the photo from the previous page. I drew boxes around the different parts of the photo to make it clearer what it's showing. The lines are around the content in the photo, not proper perspective for some flat plane. I thought that was probably clearer, but it does make Tower 2 look like it's L shape (it's not).

Decent amount of work has been done lately. A lot of earth moved and starting to pour concrete where garment street will be.

I wonder if they will use one crane here for both buildings?  Also that concrete poured looks like it is for the mini hydro station that looks removed?  https://www.google.ca/maps/@43.4497349,-...m2!1e4!1e1

I wonder when works starts on the office, looks like they're still using it for parking and storing equipment. I'd thought it'd be coming later, but with the news that KPMG has leased the top floor I assume they're planning for it to start soon.
