I have looked down that alley many times and thought to myself, wow those property owners are likely going to make some money !!!!

Guess we walk the same paths! I took a similar picture a couple weeks ago in that alley thinking the same. Will be a good shot to return to once all the cladding is up in the podium and new laneway.
