Why isn't there any discussion about this project? I think aesthetically it is the best one so far in Northdale. Simple, unpretentious, functional, and interesting massing (the only thing I don't like is that 'front yard'). Thoughts?

I think it's remarkable, even just for this: "12 storey residential building with 80 bedrooms over 42 units", given that it's built on the space of two standard suburban detached lots. I believe there's only 20 or so parking spots.

The architecture of the building isn't really my favourite (though I do like the experimentation ASP group is doing), but the way it uses space makes it a great example of what is possible as infill.

I like this one a lot too. The massing is good, definitely something different than what we're used to.

Looking good! And didn't take long to build, either ...

Looks like people are moving into this building after a frantic few days of last minute construction!
