I have a feeling they are waiting for the next vehicle and for the work to be done on Northfield.

Yeah, I saw some pretty heavy equipment on the Northfield bridge and a bunch of concrete 'ties' on the tracks which I thought was odd (with pending testing).  Better to find it now than later, I suppose.

Do winter conditions make testing more difficult? (I assume yes?)

Who is going to be the first one to post a video? (I'm stuck at work)

A close look at that Twitter photo shows it's 504 under test, and its pantograph is indeed in contact with the overhead.

Wow, the Region sure is working to do damage control on their image - being super-secretive about testing or what’s going on next, and then inviting CTV out to come inside the OMSF. Amazing!

Great news! I also saw on CTV that the next train is expected to arrive in a few days?

Not too surprising, 503 was ready to go last I heard.

Four trains by Christmas? Not bad.

503 was loaded yesterday onto the flatbed railcar.
