Does that mean the project is dead?
Tempted to buy it myself haha...any idea how this works? Like actually? I have millions of dollars and would love to buy this and actually ensure a proper development gets built.

1500+ affordable (even if not all deeply affordable) units would be fantastic, the biggest impact on the affordable housing shortage in our region since ... forever?

The article says they're doing a similar project in Toronto called "The Inclusive". They wouldn't give two projects the same name would they?
