Rangersfan, where are you finding these permits? Is any more information provided / has any more information ever been provided to city council (site plan, etc)? Especially considering the variances this would require, I feel like it must have been presented and recorded in minutes somewhere, no?

It's just the information from the GIS map, under "current permits" unfortunately other than the details I have been adding there is little else in terms of information from the GIS system.

Building permit now issued (18-112892 RM). Of note, this will be seven floors, not six.
