I don't believe so, it seems the holding provision on this property was lifted in May 2018 as per the report below but I don't know if the project has been approved.

Looks like things might be moving again. I'm now getting ads for Society 145 condos on Facebook, and the address appears to be the same. https://www.society145.com/

Very oddly, they're marketing them as being near uptown, and don't seem to be directly appealing to students. No idea how this will work for them.

Apparently the approved plan for this was two towers of 15 and 20 storeys, and the developer is now asking for 20 and 23 storeys. https://outline.com/UdtCKc

The crane is up here. It looks like it's around 10 storeys.

2nd crane went up today. Looking out the window of the #12 it looked a bit taller than the first crane.

This one has been under construction for a while already, but does not have a thread yet.
It is nestled behind Icon 330 and from the same developer.
Its estimated completion is March 2023.

It has a thread, https://www.waterlooregionconnected.com/...php?tid=35 . The thread just hasn't had its title updated since the project was renamed.

Ahh, perhaps we could update that one then, as it has significantly changed since those initial plans!
