Uber instead of transit?

I think the most telling comment is that one of the groups that they hoped to attract (eg seniors) were unable to interact with Uber due to the lack of the proper tools (eg smartphones). That's going to be a hurdle.

It's also interesting that the town also partnered with the local taxi agency since the Uber drivers did not have accessible cars.
