General University Area Updates and Rumours
#46
Renison is in the final stages of completing their new addition on the north-west corner of their campus. The plan is to have the first floor ready to go in the coming weeks with the basement and second floor later this Spring. The exterior is still a work in progress, but it's coming together. The windows in the classrooms and offices are floor to ceiling, which should offer great views of campus once it's all complete.

St. Jerome's is building 2/3 separate buildings at the moment. Their residence structure seems to be going up at a good pace with one half maxed out and the other half catching up. Exterior drywall is going up on the side that's complete as well as the fitness centre on the south side of the residence. The steel structure has been going up for the new Academic / Administration wing at the east side of their property, just across from Health Services.
