In any event that's cool as hell. Reminds of something you'd find in a metropolitan city or Europe.
This city needs way more of that sort of thing. If it were routine, you could walk all over downtown without getting rained on except when crossing the street. It’s a great compromise between fully enclosed bridges or tunnels and having a completely disconnected city. Any medium rise area should have roofed walkways like this.
