I haven't eaten at Google since they moved out of the Tannery, but I can say with personal experience that the food served by Aramark there is at least a step above the (perfectly serviceable but not particularly notable) fare served by Aramark in Manulife's cafeteria. At that time they also had guest chefs who would come in to the different offices to set menus and such.
