EDIT: Must have been a typo on the Region's page; it's now back down to a saner number. A good start, but way too early to make any sort of call.
I'm not a statistician, but the 2:1 lead across Cambridge and Waterloo, plus City of Kitchener's numbers (not posted on Regional site) make me comfortable in predicting a Seiling win. Also, Dave Jaworsky, Berry Vrbanovic, and Doug Craig have solid leads. They aren't going to lose.
For Waterloo regional councillor, it looks like Sean Strickland is going to finish first, with Jane Mitchell in 2nd and Karen Scian in 3rd. I'd bet on Strickland but not on the Mitchell/Scian distribution.
How do we feel about these?
