Yessir, that would be me! I've marked the section of Charles as Planned so that it wouldn't be used for directions in the interim, since it's impassable at the moment. I've also realigned it per the technical drawings, and have a edit (pending review) to make it one-way, while I add the other half of Charles. You can see I've already added a portion of the other half between Stirling and Borden. The track along Caroline is also my doing. I've added double track along the spur up to Bearinger, but the second line past that is pending still (as is the track along Borden). I've been adding the track as it goes in in real life.
Also, Charles at Borden is no longer a U-Turn! It's back to being one-directional like it was last week. I doubted the closure was for rails as well, because it would surely take more than 2 weeks, and the Northbound portion coming from Ontario hasn't even been dug up yet, let alone underground work completed.
