The layouts are so frustrating to look at because of the size of the terrace! These could easily be a 4 bed + 2 bath + 1 den unit upstairs if they reduced the size of the terrace, moved the den + adjacent room down, made the adjacent room another bedroom and made it so the ensuite bathroom doesn't have a window. That would be an amazing sell for a family as opposed to the cramped 2/3 bedroom space they have.
