Also...what the hell lol. OAA please revoke this person's license, what even is this? You don't slope the garden beds to follow the sidewalk, you stagger them in order to visually match the structure. Ugh. I knew they did this but I didn't realize it was this bad IRL. Goodwill thrift store ass architecture is a plague in this region and it's gonna be at least a century until this nonsense is replaced.
