Precisely. The number of school yards that are parks in the off hours are... well all of them. So many people use the tracks for running, pitches for pickup sports, ball diamonds for practice. But what do you expect from the Minister who attended St. Mike's with a sports stadium more impressive than Waterloo's?
Surely destroying the limited recreation space communities have is worth it over a levy on vacant brownfields and parking lots.
