Has anyone else noticed the recladding going on at the old apartment building on Kehl St over by Queen E school? It is startling and very visible from the expressway. I think I'm going to like it.

The one that they redid in the very funky tri-colour over the past few years? (https://goo.gl/maps/mWD7AvnGDzj) Are they doing it again?

I like that building, it reminds me of dazzle camouflage ships from WW1.

That open plaza has been nearly screaming for some kind of re-work. Good to see there's a plan.

PERMIT IS FOR THE INTERIOR ALTERATION TO A SDD INTO A HOME HEATING BUSINESS

Not sure why such a large parking lot was needed. I guess it is a fairly large or growing business with lots of trucks?

Some additional definition (permit 18-105558 MS), and this makes a bit more sense now, it really is a retain business:

"Permit is for interior alterations to an existing detached house to create a new furnace and fireplace store."
