Indianapolis' Cultural Trail
#1
So I was watching a video from one of my favourite YouTube channels; it's hosted by an art curator and immerses you in the world of art appreciation and participation. This one's a bit unique, in that she tours her own hometown and illuminates it for the viewer.

Almost the entire first half concerns outdoor public art, located around a downtown pedestrian and cycling trail called the Cultural Trail. It's really interesting to see how Indy has given so much of its space to active transportation (particularly for a city best known for auto racing) and for how they have invested in public art along it.

Thanks for sharing, next time we're through we'll plan on exploring the downtown bike trails!

Indianapolis has a great zoo, and the Clarion Health peoplemover is worth a ride, too.
