Before calling it a monstrosity, as I always mention, I’ll reserve judgement until it’s fully completed. So far, the only monstrosity is what has happened in the university area in Waterloo, Northdale in particular.

Wow. That makes Duke Tower look good. None of the panels are even sitting right.
