Yah I don't think the change in form for those top floors is as pronounced as Landmark. Let's see the materials used, sure.
Also, maybe it would have been wise for the city to mandate an architectural review - not trying to put up extra obstacles and deter developers, but the things should add to the beauty of the city for sure. (On a side, my hope was for the Station Park network of buildings, especially with original renderings, but they toned it the heck down). City Center (pt II) - Young Condos, should look decent, as should the Garment St. combo including the GloveBox.
