The university of waterloos built form is a planning nightmare. The fact that they are also just sitting on so much land is mind boggling to me. Turn it into something usable at least.

Wow this is exceptionally bad. I thought as the city grew we’d get better designs but it really does just seem to get worse and worse.

It’s not terrible. The street level looks pretty nice. If they use good materials I could see this being a hit.

They appear to have broken ground here. Fencing was up around the site when I drove by today and a lot of dirt had been moved around.
