I wonder if work has started on the re-purposing yet? RE: Catalyst137 - clasher - 06-21-2016 Exciting to hear about this project. I've looked at this site foryears as being full of potential. I'm glad to hear about the trail connections. RE: Catalyst137 - Markster - 06-21-2016 Internet of Things you say.... Tweets by internetofshit RE: Catalyst137 - kps - 06-21-2016 Various photos of the place here. Nice indoor station for LRT phase 4. RE: Catalyst137 - panamaniac - 06-21-2016 In terms of live/work/play, the Trio on Belmont apartments seem like a better idea than ever, even if the "play" still needs more work. RE: Catalyst137 - Lens - 10-25-2016 Communitech has leased 60,000 sqft in this building, likely to expand their presence to include hardware startups. RE: Catalyst137 - rangersfan - 10-25-2016 That is a pretty sizeable chunk, especially considering their expansion at the Tannery. RE: Catalyst137 - Section ThirtyOne - 10-26-2016 Between this and the 130,000 square feet for Miovision, almost half the total space is spoken for! Communitech should be a big boost to attract other tenants. RE: Catalyst137 - rangersfan - 10-27-2016 From http://catalyst-137.com/early-catalyst137-tenants-plan-integrate-innovative-technology-redeveloped-warehouse/ Scheduled to open in the summer of 2017, Catalyst137’s early confirmed tenants include Miovision, Alert Labs, FoxNet Solutions, MyShop Makerspace, Sigmapoint Technologies, Snap Pea Design, SPIN , and Swift Labs. RE: Catalyst137 - Spokes - 10-27-2016 You'd have to imagine Communitech would be a HUGE draw, and a lot of startups would now want space there RE: Catalyst137 - Pheidippides - 01-13-2017 New windows now going in. Extensive earth moving as well (the pond the bordered the IHT and Glasgow is gone and all the nearby large trees as well). RE: Catalyst137 - Pheidippides - 01-13-2017 When it is artificial yes. It is actually pretty shocking how much earth they have moved around on a short time. There is no longer a germ along Glasgow at the trail. They are putting/replacing lots of the wet works in place of the pond. Based on how dep the puddles were along the IHT the week you'd almost think it was train on to the path - I am joking of course. |
