In the summer they converted it to be ready for office space (from a restaurant), but don't think they had a tennant in mind. There is also some space available kind of hidden too.

Does this area of KW need another Dollarama? This would make 3 locations within a 5 minute drive (Boardwalk, Fischer-Hallman and University and now Fischer-Hallman and Erb). 3 of the 4 corners of the Westvale neighbourhood will have their own Dollarama!
